1 to 1 Coaching

Money and Business Coaching is about forgiving yourself for your past mistakes and learning to love yourself more. It is an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom and become the most authentic, abundant, creative, caring human being you can be, becoming more you as each day unfolds.

Hello

Hi, I’m Sheryl

I work with creative people, some of which are business owners to eliminate financial chaos from their lives. We’ll work on the direction, planning and achievement of financial goals and dreams. I will be your partner helping you build confidence, get organized and profitable and then maximize your financial potential in your personal life and business.

You can be more confident about your ability to manage your money, make better business decisions and have increased peace of mind.

  • Gain clarity and understanding about your current financial situation.
  • Plan for the things you want in life.
  • Develop a plan to get out of debt without making you feel deprived in the process.
  • Overcome feeling shame, guilt, and overwhelm about your money.
  • Gain the courage to ask to be paid what you truly deserve.
  • Know exactly what steps you need to take to attract the customers you most want to work with
  • Learn how to take your business from just “plugging along” to bringing you joy and prosperity
  • Pay yourself regularly
  • Become 100% confident in your ability to create and build a business that supports your ideal lifestyle…including those long vacations, spontaneous purchases and a cushy retirement

Ever had an impulse to get fit?

Ever join a gym at the start of a year and then a few months later stop going?

But instead, if you hired a personal trainer and committed to a certain number of training sessions, you’re much more likely to follow through.  Your goal becomes more realistic because you’ve set up a support structure and made a commitment to achieve it.

Money and Business Coaching is the equivalent of having a personal trainer to help you improve your relationship with money, manage it more wisely and if you have a business, learn to make it more profitable.

The process helps you remove old layers of fear, scarcity and self judgement so that you can express more of your authentic self in your work.

Just like with a personal trainer you will have someone showing you what to do every step of the way. As your coach I will support you in sticking to your plans so you can achieve your goals and make the impossible real.

Coaching is a process of self—care because if you feel deprived it is more likely that you will binge with your money just as you would if you were on a diet. It is getting in touch with what brings you joy and putting that first in your spending plans in your personal and business life.

Succeeding in your business requires knowing who your perfect clients are and how to reach them, so you don’t have to compromise working with people who make you crazy or on projects you’d prefer not doing. It’s taking educated risks, slowly reducing your willingness to accept good to make time and energy for great. Living from a place of self-love and acceptance.

Your confidence will rise; you will feel more capable of taking on what previously seemed overwhelming to you. It really can change your life.

You will finally be in control of your money

Gain clarity about what your contribution is to the world and create a life and business that celebrates who you are.

It’s time to commit to realizing your dreams and having the prosperous life you imagine.

Imagine if…

  • You trusted yourself to make wise business decisions
  • You were clear about your “purpose” and expressed it in your work
  • You learned how to quiet the voice of your inner critic so you could take action from trust and joy instead of fear
  • You could overcome childhood wounds that held you back from reaching your full potential

Group Coaching is an opportunity for self-inquiry and consciously creating personal and business growth resulting in breakthroughs that lead to a life of abundance. It will allow you to create a business that is aligned with your purpose and teach you the tools you need to reach your highest goals.

It is an affordable, safe, intimate space to work on the inner work of growing your self-esteem and confidence with the outer work of learning the business and financial skills needed to have a profitable and joy filled business. Group Coaching will hold you accountable, keep you on track and give you support to reach your financial goals.

BENEFITS OF COACHING IN A GROUP

  • Support: Working in a group connects you to the support of of your peers as well as me. You can also turn to your group members for encouragement and feedback when you need it.
  • Structure: Because group coaching includes learning sessions and working sessions where you can complete the work at hand it is more likely you will be able to complete the work needed to realize your goals. The members of the group keep each other accountable (and motivated) to complete assignments.
  • Perspective: As you engage with the other members of the group, you’ll be exposed to new solutions to problems, opinions, experiences, and ideas.
  • Networking: By enrolling in a group, you’ll meet new people from different locations. You may have similar interests, goals, and/or experiences as some of your peers. Being part of a group makes it easier to network and build relationships.

This group is an opportunity for self-inquiry and consciously creating personal and business growth resulting in breakthroughs that lead to a life of abundance. It will allow you to create a business that is aligned with your purpose and teach you the tools you need to reach your highest goals.

We worked with Sheryl during a time of many transitions: Dane was finishing grad school and getting ready to launch his career as a teacher, and we were planning to get married in a few months. We had been living together for several years but we had not combined our finances, and we needed to figure out how to do so. Sheryl helped us in a number of important ways: we figured out how to create one budget for the two of us, how to manage our debt and keep out of trouble with borrowing, and, perhaps most importantly, what each of us was bringing to the marriage when it comes to history with money and feelings about getting, spending, and saving it.

A year and a half later, we are collaborating beautifully on our budget, have no credit card debt, and have been able to start saving toward the mutual goals we identified with Sheryl. We are so grateful we had the opportunity to learn from her!

I had the pleasure of attending the financial class offered to staff members by my company this past spring offered by Sheryl Kosovski.  I found Sheryl’s class to be an invaluable support in becoming more aware of my finances, planning for my future, and improving my financial health. I feel very grateful that my agency gave me the opportunity to take this course and highly recommend it to anyone looking to better understand and manage their finances.

Prior to the class beginning, I would often avoid thinking about or looking at my finances because it was anxiety-provoking for me. This was not simply a budgeting and tracking course, but so much more. I now have a budget and realistically plan for my future. I am much more aware of my finances and where my money is going, which has greatly decreased my anxiety surrounding my finances. I have also learned a great deal about myself, my relationship with money, my sense of value, and how I would like to be living my future. I appreciate the opportunity to have been able to take this course and work directly with Sheryl. I think this course, and her other services, are vital resources for anyone, particularly those who are working with limited financial resources.

At the ripe old, but healthy ages of 85 & 88, we suddenly realized we were outliving our Money. As we were well into our retirement years, my wife and I were getting increasingly concerned about whether our savings and investments would see us through the rest of our lives and our grown children were becoming very concerned about us as well. We had no idea how to measure our current spending against our long-term needs.

Sheryl helped us focus on the problem and gave us tools to budget and monitor our expenses.  I can honestly say that this is the first time that either of us has learned to Budget. She is teaching us to live within our boundaries.  Sheryl is easy to work with and has substantially lifted our burden of uncertainty.

“I have been working with Sheryl for over 3 years now. Prior to working with her, I did not understand the value of financial planning and monthly budgeting. The software program she typically uses Money Minder is very user friendly. Sheryl is very compassionate and understanding of one’s needs. She has gone above and beyond in helping me get my finances in check. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their financial health!”

“I met Sheryl quite a few years ago, somewhere between 55 and 60 years old. Sheryl offered financial literacy—a new concept to me. We moved through obstacles and highs as well as lows (unemployment). It has been a journey and Sheryl provided a guiding light, a steady force, and a compassionate heart. Sheryl offers insights and provides resources. She encourages self-discovery while constantly making available concrete tools such as a “budget-like” website to use and books that tend to empower, rather than shame.”
